Tipping Point’s innovation in developing this category of points lies in the creation of a system that ensures the correct attachment of the tip to the shaft. Thanks to the special tapering of the inner hole, the point adapts to the shaft during the first few millimeters and can then be easily screwed on, preventing any misalignment between the tip and the shaft.
The shaft must first be properly prepared using the special Tipping Point sharpener with a conical end, which creates the correct angle for inserting the point.
The shape of the Aragorn field point is distinctly historical and recalls the tips traditionally used for training. Its distinctive wave-shaped profile is particularly well suited for penetrating targets without damaging them, while also making arrow removal easier.
The points are made of steel and then surface-treated through a bluing process, giving them their characteristic dark finish and protecting them against oxidation.
